Returns are eligible for a full refund if they are received undamaged within 30 days of sale, shipping costs not included.
Priority shipping is 2-3 business days within Canada and the US. Standard shipping is mail with tracking.
We charge a flat rate for your shipment, plus an additional amount per item, in order to account for additional bulk and weight. This is automatically calculated. For parcels containing several very light or small items, or other special shipping needs (including shipping outside Canada and the US), please choose the ‘Pickup’ option at checkout and contact us directly for a custom solution.
